Over the last year we have formed a small working committee that aims to support the exciting projects happening at TVYP for young people aged 14 (school year 9) to 25 in this remote area of North Herefordshire and South Shropshire.
We are now looking for a larger group of Friends and hope you may be able to help us in one of many ways.
1. You may have some spare time to offer to help with tasks that save the project money e.g. mowing the grass, serving refreshments to centre customers, helping in the office.
2. You may have expertise we could call on if needed e.g. legal, maintenance/DIY, Personnel, Youth Work, Health
3. You may be willing to host fundraising events e.g. coffee mornings, meals, raffles, sponsored events
4. You may have no time due to other commitments but want to support the work that is done by making a regular donation.
All of these ways of being involved would be highly valued and go a long way in helping us to help this project and continue its great work into the future. The funds we raise or costs we save enable the centre to open more often and buy those extras that make all the difference.
